Pappy Slokum was the first craft brewery in this wonderful city. The trio who started up this gem are very passionate about good beer, and it shows. They gave me complete freedom with their brand and has become a dream job of mine. Unfortunately COVID got the best of many beloved spots throughout the world. Pappy Slokum was one of them.
